Shipping policy

At KeySport LLC, we are committed to providing a smooth and reliable shipping experience for all our customers across the United States.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via Standard Shipping, provided free of charge.

Estimated Delivery Time: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Total Estimated Delivery Time (processing + shipping): 4–10 business days.

Shipments are handled by major U.S. carriers, such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS, depending on the destination and warehouse location.
Please note that all delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, carrier delays, or high-volume periods.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or delivery failure, we will contact you to confirm your details and arrange re-shipment.
Please note that additional shipping fees may apply in such cases. If we do not receive a response within 7 business days, the order may be refunded (excluding shipping costs, if applicable).

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at store@keysport.net with your order number and any relevant details.
Claims must be submitted within 15 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Taxes

Sales tax is applied at checkout in accordance with state and local regulations, based on your shipping address.
No customs duties apply within the United States.
