The Team is one of Nitro's most recognized models, built around a Directional Twin shape that combines the feel of a true twin with the versatility of a directional board, it rides regular or switch with ease, while a slight stance setback makes powder turns feel relaxed and natural.

Its Trüe Camber profile delivers the stability and pop expected from traditional camber, while the Reflex Core Profile, a thinner core between the feet, improves handling and increases torsional flex for easier steering through turns. The Powerlite core uses premium poplar wood to achieve maximum pop and strength at minimum weight, reinforced by Nitro's signature Bi-Lite Laminates for a refined, powerful board feel.

Underneath, the Sintered EcoSpeed HD base uses a recycled material compound to achieve the same abrasion resistance, wax absorption, and on-snow speed as comparable sintered bases, mounted on 50% recycled steel edges. The Dual Degressive Sidecut blends a smaller radius through the center with two larger radii at tip and tail, giving the board a loose, playful, and highly forgiving feel on any terrain.
